Fabrics

Our standard fabric is made from a tightly woven, double ripstop weave, 100% HIGH TENACITY NYLON (type 6.6) with a SOFT POLYURETHANE COATING, UV and ANTI-MILDEW COATINGS. The soft coating allows a zero porosity while retaining a high tear strength. Ten standard colours are available and you can design your own FANTASY using any colour, any panel at no extra cost. Optional Nomex base and skirt or scoop and optional HYPER/MAX (a heavier weave silicone elastomer coated fabric) in the top half is available.

Specialty fabrics such as gold and silver are available at extra cost, as are special dye lots if quantities are sufficient.

Note: all of our fabrics are specially manufactured for use in hot air balloons and are subject to constant research, development and improvement. We believe they are the finest available in the world today.
